i just started my first arduino uno project.
At this point, I will start a hydroponic monitoring project using solar panels. The solar panel will also be used to turn on the 12v 8w dc water pump for 1.5 hours per day and the monitoring will use 2 sensors, namely pH and TDS sensors which will be used for 24 hours.
The following solar panels I use: 10 wp capacity solar panels with 12 volt 7.5 Ah battery storage as a power supply. I have a few questions:
Using a 10wp solar panel and a 12 volt 7.5ah battery can I run my arduino uno all day with 2 sensors plus a 12v 8w water pump for 1.5 hours?
how much power consumption arduino uno per day with these sensors?

The Uno will use about 40mA. That's near 1Ah per day. But this can be reduced to maybe 10mA by putting the Uno into sleep mode for as much of the time as possible. It can wake every few seconds or minutes to check the sensors and switch the pump on/off.
Other types of Arduino can be much more efficient than Uno. Must you use Uno?
12V, 8W is 667mA. For 1.5 hours, that's another 1Ah each day.
Your 7.5Ah battery will last 7.5 / 2 = 3.25 days from fully charged. To keep the battery from discharging, the panel will need to generate 2Ah per day.
The panel's peak power is 10W. That will only be generated for a few hours around noon if the panel is mounted correctly and the sky is cloudless. On average, if the sky is cloudy 50% of the time, it will generate only perhaps 2.5W. That is around 200mA at 12V. Over a 12 hour average day, that's 2.5Ah.
So using those crude estimates I think you might be ok. I would go with a 20W panel if you can.
