I am facing problem in which i am not able to run any code after using the esp32 cam module

yesterday i was making a project with esp 32 camera. after the project was completed i tried to run the example code "blink without delay" on arduino uno R3. but it was showing some compilation error. I even asked help from chatgpt and gemini. they told me this was due to the boards manager and port manager. i did what they said but the issue is still there. i am not able to run anything except esp32 webcam using ftdi module. i even tried reinstalling arduino but the issue still persisted. please someone help me. This was the error that i was facing

Exactly which sketch did you try to upload to the Uno R3 and what did you have the target board set to ?

Please post the full error message, using code tags when you do
