Its best if you post your code as well as the results as we cannot tell what you are doing. The printing of "+CMGS: 182" twice indicates a problem with your code. It should increment each time.
Can't see where you can stop it (ATQ isn't relevant) but you can just read off the characters and discard them. I find this response helpful to confirm the successful transmission of the SMS. Again, your code would help here so that I can suggest modifications.
