I am Not able to Upload with my Board!!

Hey guys.. I am using a Arduino Duemilanove, and recently I am not able to upload the Programs in it. It was not using it for about 5-6 months, and now when I connect it back and when I try to Upload a Program, Its not getting Uploaded. I have the Power light lite up. I tried every possible steps listed in the troubleshooting. My board is rite, that is Atmega328. I have selected that in tools. When I go to the Serial Port, I find only COM1, When I unplug that I still have COM1 in it. I tried different USB cable its still the same. I even tried a different computer. When I plug the board in other pc, I am not even getting that Serial Port. I mean.. Its not highlighted.
I use Windows 7 32 bit. I tried the reset, tried to download the latest version. Still it doesnt work..
I get the same message, both with and without the MC That is...

Well, if you don't get "anything" in the device manager at all... a Monty Python sketch comes into my mind, something about a 'Norwegian Blue' - a parrot (which was dead).
