I am using iot Ga6 B Gsm module but doesn't respond to AT Commmands

Hi there
Am developing LPG Monitoring System that would send sms to the use incase the gas is below threshold.
But I have come to a problem when I was testing My Gsm Module IOT GA6 B its powered by external adapter and when I call the simcard inserted its available this means it has registered to network But AT commands for The GAM to send sms Doest Function

One fault is directtly visible. No code.
Pictures showing cable sallad might be interesting in a murder case but brings no engineering information.
Please post a real wiring, not those Frizing pictures.
