I can't change the speed of my dc motor

Hi there,

My problem is as stated in the title that i can't change the speed of my motor. If i put in a certain value between 0-255 in analogWrite, the speed is either on or off. The limit where it is off is somewhere below 200.
What could be the reason for that? Thank you for your help!!!

No idea, you've given us insufficient information.

Read the sticky thread about how to post and provide the necessary please

@atlAs00 It would be nice to have some more information, wich components, some snip of code and a drawing of the wirering.

Are you controlling the motor with a transistor? Or are you running direct out of the board?

Sorry for the insufficient information. I actually found the reason for my problem myself. I didn't plug in wire for analogWrite into a PMW output, only in a normal digital output. But thanks anyways.

The limit where it is off is somewhere below 200.

Now if you'd said the switching point was 127/128 it would have been obvious
what was happening - providing accurate and plentiful information is usually
worth it.
