after I installed the software the sytem says (we could not find any board) and I check and followed all the steps the message says and still won't work
I think that you didn't install all the drivers required for the IDE. Uninstall and Reinstall all the drivers and then try connecting your board. It may work this time. And you didn't explain the whole situation. Please fully explain what happened.
