I can't see any text correctly (SOLVED)

Hi everyone, i want to learn arduino so i downloaded arduino application to my computer to practice some codes. When i open this application i can't see texts correctly. What can i do? help me!

SOLUTION : I have aproximately 2000 font in my 'Fonts' folder so i think this situation makes trouble for my computer. I deleted all fonts and installed basics fonts of windows then problem is solved!

Weird! I have never seen that before on here...

My first suspect is some weird locale/charset issue....
