I can't upload my code on arduino uno R3

Hey guys.
I've got a slight problem.
I have written a code on IDE (which is supposed to lighten up a LED).
[it's compiled successfully]

I would get genuinely happy if you can help me with this.
donnu what does 0x49 refer to :frowning:

can you tell us about your cpu system, and did you do an update or a new install? and have you tried the Online IDE?
are you using a proper USB cable; one that also send data not just power?
