I can't upload Sketchs

First let me explain what happen

I have a arduino one and mega, and everything is working fine
but I notice my pc was getting slow, so I decide to reinstall win 10

after reinstall win 10 and install arudino IDE from windows store I discover that I can't upload sketchs anymore

when I connect the arduinos, the pc recognize the COM port as a arduino board but wherever I plug it show the same port (this won't happen before I reinstall win 10, when I plug an arduino in a different usb port my pc recognized as different COM)

when I try to uplad a Skecth the program shows "a succeful upload" message , but nothing happen, I check the progam have the correct arduino configuration for the corresponding board

I try to use a pc friends, and the arduinos wroks fine, so it's not a brick or a damage board

Also the Rx and Tx won't blink,

First off remove the "APP" version and install the FULL IDE.

Windows 10 can be slightly problematic with drivers and such so you might want to install anything as ADMINISTRATOR.

Dont use USB 3.0 ports unless you know they work properly with Arduino's so stick to USB 2.0 where possible.

Showing the same port for an Arduino is a good sign not a bad one.

I did, but nothing happen

unistall the version of windows, and install the 1.06 and the 1.85

also the arduino uno show this in the serial port

I can't belived... was dust in the usb ports

a friend of mine give this cleaners of the ports, so after I tried everything works fine again

I should delete this post but I have to thank you for help ballscrewbob
