I can't upload the firmware to my Chinese arduino

Windows 11.
Chinese Arduino uno
I downloaded the drivers from here https://www.wch.cn/download/CH341SER_EXE.html
After installation, the IDE gets the error "avrdude:ser_open(): can't set com-state for "\.\COM10"
Failed uploading: uploading error: exit status 1"
I tried reinstalling drivers, rebooting the PC, restarting Arduino, another USB.
If I try to install drivers through the device manager, the IDE does not see the arduino
