When i upload, it says that com4 is in use, i dont have any usb scanning programs tho :\

Are you sure it's actually on com4 ?
Check in the Hw settings on the computer.
If this is not the problem, try to uninstall the FTDI drivers and reinstall them. This sometimes solve the problem you experience.
