I didn't get a chance to add a comment to the Karma topic before it was closed so I hope I may offer a suggestion anyway. Acrobat Users uses an Accept Answer feature on it's forum. If the person answered my question I can click on the Accept Answer button and the topic is labeled Answered. Just a thought.
