I am pretty new to arduino and i don't know which rfid sensor is compatible with my Ethernet arduino.

Unclear. Please post a link to the product page(s) for the exact Arduino product(s) you have.
Also explain how you intend for the Arduino to communicate with the RFID sensor, and which sorts of RFID tags you intend to use with the RFID sensor.

Your question is sort of like what color is my neighbors car. We need to know what you have and what you want to do as there are probably as many ways of doing it as there are car colors.
What voltage does your Arduino use? What voltages do the RFID units use? Pick one with the same voltages!
