I finished up my project, and need some help programming it.

So im new to the whole arduino platform and dont know much programming. Can someone help me write up a code for these led light panels?

Im running a arduino uno directly to 10 strips of ws2812b LEDS. each strip has 11 leds on it. I want each panel to light up and blend with the adjacent panels. These panels were inspired by the Nanoleaf led lights.
