I have moved your topic to Project Guidance....It is a more suitable category then Hardware.
It appears to have a SPI interface but not guaranteed. Some of the I am assuming custom LCDs had a simple serial interface. I do not see any data out to contradict that. You might want to get a schematic of the unit it came out of and see if you can verify the pins.
Being new trying to use an old, not documented device is a bad combination.
Even experienced people might have difficulties managing that.
Do You know for sure the display was alive before taken out of its original place?
Do You know the display is alive after disconnecting it? (Some old CMOS device would get damaged if not special preparations were done before desoldering it.)
