yes their system is down and no answers back from support . nothing works can not even edit my sketches locally because I depend on local variables to be able to use the dash board ..
I am looking around to see if there is another service provider as this one has been down for a few days , at least four days now
Same issue here now, really frustrating - pay a subscription for this service...
Yes, I am still unable to access the web editor and it has been a couple of days now.

Many thanks for checking. I created a new account and that worked so eliminated issues at my end. I reported that to the help desk and next day it was resolved.
