I see the agent in my application folder. Tried deleting it but could not because it said it was already in use.

Because it says it can't find the arduino agent, I wanted to delete it and start with a reinstall. It appears so I can't delete it but it does not recognize it.
Because it says the agent is in use I can't delete it. The software doesn't recognize it. So I wanted to delete it and reinstall.

OK, I don't think reinstalling will be effective so let's look into the possibility of trying some alternative fixes first.
Which web browser (e.g., "Chrome") are you using Arduino Cloud in?
It ok now, I selected the port and it fixed it. Sorry!
