I have a problem with arduino mega and STOP button from LabView

Hi Everyone,,all is about this

I have a problem with the "STOP" buttom from loop "While"

I connected my arduino mega with LabView,It's running OK, but when I want to stop the program , dont work , So the programa running again automaticly , and for stop the program I must press the "ABORT EXECUTION" button to stop from LabView.

Some one can help me ?

PD. If I use BREAK button , can harm the Arduino ?
