I have a question about my MKR zero

I have a question about my MKR zero
The MKR is about 30 days old and so far everything went well with it the sketches work perfectly but when I wanted to start with the keyboard library I could still upload sketches but everything that has to do with the kiybord befuhen does not work
even the standard test from the internet
when i tried to search for drivers i found code 10
now my question how can i fix code 10 and what is code 10 actually?
the usb drivers are up to date and it is connected to usb 3.0

Hi @jaykiwi. I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with your MKR Zero. It's not clear to me what is the problem you're having. Would you mind providing more details?

But it could be something completely different.
