Can I tap the pins to reprogram it?

I have destroyed the usb port.
That's why I couldn't programme it.

I had a similar problem with an UNO ; solder+hot glue+luck

You can also use a cable like this TTL-232R-3V3 - FTDI

Connect to the TXD and RXD on you MCU board
