I have troubles when uploading my code

I recently got an error when I tried uploading my code on my Arduino Uno board. I also tried fixing it but still nothing works...

Here is my error info:

Do a search for "programmer is not responding" and your question may have been answered already.

when I see this message

avrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding
avrdude: stk500_getsync() attempt 1 of 10: not in sync: resp=0x41

I usually find I have selected the incorrect COM port
run device manager, expand Ports (COM & LPT) unplug/plugin the USB connector and the COM port should disappear/appear

Is this a new board and are you trying to upload for the first time? Or did you use it before? If the latter, what was the last project that you were working on when uploads started failing?
