I suspect the total number of people that know what you bought can be counted on the thumbs of one hand.
Two hands now.
It appears to be an Ethylene gas detector made by Winsen. The reference circuit here Ethylene sensor suggests that there's additional hardware required to get a useful reading out of it that an Arduino could use.

What does the datasheet say? Do they show example circuits? Do they give example code?
