Hi all newbie to forums. I did read some of the stickies prior to post.
I know nodda about programming period. I am wrestling with a problem that is probably quite simple to fix.
I added a heated bed to my printer, aquired the firmware for the printer from the MFR, and quite easily enabled the heat bed in the config.H file using the IDE. Easy so far. De-bugged the program and it compiles.
I did remove unneeded parts of the sketch and tabs, this did not help. So I realize reducing the sketch has to be done by some other means. The sketch probably contains instructions for several printers as their product line uses the same PCB for entire printer line.
Any thoughts? Use crayons when responding. Cannot find any video's or good instructional guides.
Hi Bill,
no, sadly it still will not load. Just to re-iterate problem I cannot flash stock firmware b/c it is too large.
Best I can do here is add the .zip file of firmware and perhaps someone looking at it can understand why it is too large.
Also, the title was meant to be a programming chuckle. And I have learned alot in the past few days working with this.

Humour is always welcome, but the purpose of the Title is to catch the attention of people who may have the knowledge needed to help with your problem. There may be many who have seen "Python" and decided to give your Thread a miss because they are not familiar with that language.
