I need a Sound file for arduino (wav)

Hi,

I am making a little audio output with arduino but all the files I have don't work well, there is to many crackling so the file is not read well.

I have tried to change the frequence, the bits but it don't work.

If you have any file which work well with arduino i would be happy.

What sound library are you using?

The Arduino doesn't have a DAC, so you can't get "great" quality.

If you want something close to what you get with your phone or with an MP3 player, get an audio shield.

The Arduino doesn't have a DAC, so you can't get "great" quality.

But it can be not so bad, like here. Arduino Uno saying Yes & No without extra hardware - YouTube

We need more detail about what you are doing before we can offer any realistic help.

Well i want to make a little robot which can speak.
i want him to say short phrases.

But i guess the problem is the arduino don't read well the file.

I don't no if it is clear.

But i guess the problem is the arduino don't read well the file.

No that is not the problem. An Arduino will read a file perfectly.

The real problem is you are not cooperating and supplying the information that is needed to help you.

I don't know what do you need to know, i guess i have said all, the probleme is not with the file nor with the speaker so i guess it is a hardware problem.

But tell me if it is not clear what can i say else.

By the way i am using this library if it can help

#include <TMRpcm.h>

But tell me if it is not clear what can i say else.

Well

Is a start.

You could say what code you are running and post it, you could also say how you have things wired up and include a schematic and a photograph. Finally you could include a short file that you are having trouble with and say what sort of wav format it has and how you created it.

You know all this stuff, we don’t.
