I need to know how to build a BLE sketch (it could be classic bluetooth too) and upload it an ESP 32 wroom board.

I've seen many tutorials online, but none of them is covering this specific issue, most of them are for automation projects.

Don't search for the exact project You think of. It seldom exist.
Divide Your project into smaller parts. Just managing BLE is a start.
Look for example code in the IDE.
