I have a project and i have to build a arduino circuit with vibration sensor and sound sensor. The circuit needs instant data transfer to program and analysis the data.
What type of Arduino do you have?
What type of vibration sensor do you have?
What type of sound sensor do you have?
Where will the data be transferred for analysis?
i don't have any sensors i will buy them after i build the circuit

As far as we can tell you have not created a minimal block diagram, let alone a schematic.
Was that the only information your teacher provided for you to do the project?
You can use a button to "simulate" the vibration sensor (button pressed = motion detected)
You can use a potentiometer on an Analog Input pin to simulate a variable noise threshold.
You can use the Serial Monitor for data transfer (output).
How can you build the circuit if the key components aren't there?
That's what's illogical.
