Regarding these Arduino Boards that support Ethernet. These boards certainly have some sort of interface chip that controls that USB and the Ethernet well I am assuming thats how it works. My question is how the hell is data flowing through one communication channel?.

I mean in terms of transmitting audio from USB into the processor > package it up and send it out the ethernet port and vice versa. Because of one communication channel isn't their a problem here?. guys i know what I am saying isn't making clear sense. I guess what I am trying to ask here is:

Does USB and Ethernet come off the same chip?

No.

This is not a normal thing to do. The USB connection is only for serial data.

Again this is not normal.

The Ether net board will support a UDP ethernet package both in and out. It is up to you what you put in these packages.

I think this stuff all works at a much lower level than you are thinking.
