I need help with arduino leonardo

I need to delete the program of the arduino because my pc goes crazy when I connect my arduino. I can't upload a new sketch, Arduino just press buttons without delay, I can't use ther device manager to disable the arduino board because I can't control the PC. Can I delete the program without a pc? i have other arduino boards i it helps.

Open a simple sketch like File->Examples->01.Basics->Blink.
Hold down the Reset button on the Leonardo.
Click on the upload button for the sketch.
When you see the message "Uploading...", release the Reset button.
