I have to build a digital data logger and I'm approaching to arduino. Is there someone who can suggest me the correct hardware and software?
There are about 130 digital signals with a sampling rate of 50ms.

What the heck do you need to sample 130 digital signals for? Sounds quite ridiculous to me, but then again, you haven’t described your project. Sounds like you’d be interested in using multiplexers and an SD card reader shield.
