I/O pin current?

HI,

On andruido.cc page i can read that DC current I/O PIn is max 40 mA. Could Anybody tell me where is this parameter provided? In datasheet for ATmega uC I can't find this info

28.1 Absolute maximum ratings - DC current per I/O pin

Also be aware the the 40ma specification is an absolute maximum value over which damage can result and not the recommended normal maximum current. 20-30ma is a better guidline and also be aware that there is a total package current limit of 200ma for all pin loads together.
