But after after I uploaded my project and unplugged it for a while, the I again have change the program I connected the Arduino, But my PC Didbot recognize it at first, Then I noticed that the RX and TX LED,s didn't glow.....
Whenever I plug it in any power source the IC gets heated up fastly.....
You've burned out the board, probably by letting a voltage in excess of 5v get onto the 5v rail, or exposing a pin to a voltage higher than 5v or lower than Gnd. Possible but unlikely that it could have been from drawing too much current when running off barrel jack or Vin and burned out the regulator, though the 1117-series regs claim to have thermal shutdown (and in any event, that should just kill the external power support, unless it's failure mode was to let the full input voltage reach the output terminal - since clearly more than the regulator was damaged; almost certainly the 16u2 is toast, and the opamp used to sense Vin voltage and switch from USB power and buffer the pin13 LED usually goes too when that happens - the (replaceable) '328p is usually harder to burn out than either of those (non-replaceable) parts, though you may very well have destroyed it as well)
Discard the board and buy a new one - it's trash now - and be more careful wiring up the replacement board.
