I want to control to 2 servo motors with mouse or optical flow sensor in arduino without connect the mouse from computer, i want to connect the mouse or optical flow sensor to arduino

What type of output does the optical flow sensor put out. You may want to look at the servo "knob" example in the arduino IDE.
