I will pay for arduino hardware.

I need a arduino board to attach on an Arduino mega 2560 as sandwich with 4 relé and 4 dimmer output, for manage a lamp from 12 v ac to 220 ac (if is possible).
I need a project made with freepcb with traditional components.
Can someone make me an offer? Better is somebody from Italy.
Please have a look at the attached photo.

When you say dimmer output do you mean a PWM signal or something like an SSR actually on the PCB ?

I a from France

Cheers Pete.

Yeas, I need to use the pwm output to manage 4 maps.
Sorry but I am a software developer. I'm not so right with hardware.
The dimmer circuit can be some like this

anche the rele cab ne something like this

Please have a look at the photo to have an idea on how I need to mount the board on the arduino shield.

List of the features

  • 4 rele 12v dc
  • shield mounted on an Arduino Mega 2560
  • 4 dimmer output (from pwm), to manage a lamp from 12 ac to 220 ac (if is possible)
  • a 12 v dc input to power the dimmer with a 5 v dc output to power Arduino or a 5 v dc in to power all
  • only traditional components that I can buy from http://www.digikey.it/
  • project made with freepcb or a free tool
  • project and gerber

Buy an Arduino 4-relay board and a DMX512 dimmer. In the end it will cost less and get you up and running faster than asking someone to custom design something.

Really?
I think who knows how to use a software such as FreePcb can design a shield in less than 3 hours and after that I can make more than one shields using the gerber...

Oh, I'm quite capable of designing what you need, but it will cost more than just buying the items I showed off the shelf. If you need to make a large number (100+), contact me via PM

I can do it but with a MOQ of 10 units and at least 5 hours design time @$65 an hour.

Can you send me an offer with project and gerber to info@denisgottardello.it?

Can you send me an offer with project and gerber to info@denisgottardello.it?

That is easy 5 * 65 + hardware costs for 10 units.

The hardware costs can only be calculated once the design is complete.

Thank you for your quotation of

  • 4 rele 12v dc
  • shield mounted on an Arduino Mega 2560
  • 4 dimmer output (from pwm), to manage a lamp from 12 ac to 220 ac (if is possible)
  • a 12 v dc input to power the dimmer with a 5 v dc output to power Arduino or a 5 v dc in to power all
  • only traditional components that I can buy from http://www.digikey.it/
  • project made with freepcb or a free tool
  • project and gerber

for 325 $ without hardware.
I will make the hardware by myself an I will replay after having back other quotations.

Regards.

A relay board with 8 12v relays is $20 Australian. Bought one the other day to control some 12v downlights. Buying pre-built hardware made by robots in China will almost always be cheaper than paying someone by the hour to design and hand-build a component.

Many thanks.
I have already assigned this project to an engineer but the he is late. I will consider you for the next projects. Regards.

I am new to arduino programming, but familiar with PLCs and ladder logic programming so my endeavor with this device has been a bit intimidating to say the least.
