i2c Connection for MCP4725(Dac) with Esp8266 wemos d1 mini

i have problom , i don't know should i do send custom digital value (like Adc) to SDA pin of the mcp4725 .

note: Dac and Adc is12bits

Do you need sinlookup table again ??!

If so, how is it done?!
