I2C LCD causes problems

That code loads to Nano just fine, and displays your test numbers good. Of course the motor doesn't run since that portion has been removed for this code. I do like the idea of not updating the LCD unless it's changed, that would take the "bump" out of the motor since normally the speed isn't changed while milling. It will take me a while to work thru that code and understand it.
