ice machine help needed

Hi all
I have an ice machine that has a controller board that has died so I have bought an arduino uno and am hopping I can set it up as the controller for the machine.
In this system I have
2 float switches
2 limit switches
1 water pump 240v
1 solenoid 240v
1 compressor 240v
1 reversing valve 240v
I have also bought a 6 output relay board to connect to the arduino
The relay is a 240v/10 amp

There should be existing electronics on the controller board or else where to deal with the motors these should be reused, so I can't see any need for the relay board.

And if it is producing ice cubes you have missed the heated wire that is used to cut the block into cubes.

Never use a relay - it has moving parts. An a transistor is much better.

A 240V transistor?

OK triac.

It has no heater it activates a reversing valve that in turn uses the hot gas from the compressed to heat the 2 ice plates and make the ice fall in to the ice bin

The relays are so that I can pull in the contacted that runs the refrigerated unit and to run the water pump and filler solenoid oh and reversing valve
