I have used the icsp pins for all my spi devices in my project. Doee this free up the spi pins (10,11,12,13)???
No. They are the same pins on the processor and cannot be used for two purposes at the same time
If you are short of pins, have you used all of the analogue pins ?

On Arduino Uno, Nano, Mega...etc the pins on ICSP header and SPI pins are the same pins.
Not on the Mega, SPI pins are 50, 51, and 52, with 53 as the select pin.
UNO, yes ive exhausted all other pins. Can i used the same echo pins for multiply ultrasonics?
How can you distinguish one from another?
It will still be the same signals as the signals on the ICSP header 
Can i use a mux to create more pins for two ultra sonics
What have you got connected to the pins ? There may be other ways round your problem by using some pins differently
