Yes, the 6v power supply ground is going to be common grounded to the Arduino and servos.
As I haven't yet got a servo in my hands I didn't know the middle wire is usually power, but yeah a trivial error there.
And I thought servo's wanted data as a pulse width, so needing a PWM pin? I thought digital pins just ran high or low?
