IDE 1.8.7 and 9 in Windows 10 not working

Hello
i have installed portable ide 1.8.5 and it still works normally. I wanted to install portable ide1.8.7 in parallel and it ends up in startup.
Likewise, portable ide 1.8.9 always results in the same error at start.
in debug it ends here.

java.lang.NullPointerException
at processing.app.BaseNoGui.onBoardOrPortChange(BaseNoGui.java:679)
at processing.app.Base.onBoardOrPortChange(Base.java:1313)
at processing.app.Base$12.actionPerformed(Base.java:1540)
at processing.app.Base.rebuildBoardsMenu(Base.java:1490)
at processing.app.Base.(Base.java:267)
at processing.app.Base.main(Base.java:145)

But 1.8.5 still works only newer version no. Would you please give me some advice on how to fix this?
Even the version portable ide 1.8.7 of the version was still working for me (a month ago) and now it has stopped working, so it was deleted and a clean new ide was installed.

So the problem is solved,
need to delete directory in
user / AppData / arduino15
AppData must first be made visible normally it's a hidden directory.
The problem is solved.
If you just stopped working like me then you don't have to go or uninstall it should work again.
