ide 1.8.7 wont start

hi, i bought a new pc and im trying to get the ide up and running, but it wont start.
i tried both the installed version and the zip version, but both just start loading the program (the image in the middle of the screen with the text “loading board” and similar on the bottom) and then nothing. it just close it and nothing appens.

on my main pc i have a few development software, so i have java sdk, .net framework and so on, but the new one is just blank.

i tried by installing the java sdk, but nothing changed, so here i am.

what i am missing?

PS: somehow i got the arduino_debug.exe running in powershell, the output is the following:

for the next poor guy that has this problem: in my case was all cause because thanks to onedrive client i already had a library folder under documents/arduino.

i renamed the older folder into library.2, tryed to run the ide and it started on the first try (it created another library folder).

edit: probably it was all fault of onedrive. i tryed to copy the files from library.2 to library and it gave me the same error ( Il provider di file cloud non è in esecuzione = the cloud file provider its not running) but this time windows epxlorer gave it to me, so probably its just onedrive thats messing with the writing/rading permits on the folders.

i resolved by just closing onedrive.
