I am attempting install Arduino IDE 2.04 on a Raspberry Pi 4 running Linux 11 Bullseye. The Appimage does not decompress or install. Extensive Google search shows instructions version 1.8.19, but none for 2.04.
I know this is new, and many features not yet worked out. Please post when working instructions available.
What do you mean with decompress and install ?
Keep the AppImage as it is, turn on the executable flag of the AppImage file, then run the file. Oops, a mistake, the Raspberry Pi is a ARM, see below.
Hi @tgibbs99. The official builds of Arduino IDE 2.x are only available for Linux machines with x86 architecture. The developers are tracking the request for builds for Linux ARM machines like your Raspberry Pi here:
