I'm a bit concerned about having all ports opened without description.
I recommend to set more granular firewall rules and add a proper description. Optimally add this as a step during the installer. Then the user can choose what functionality is needed and why we open those ports in first place.
Beside that, the warning during automatic updates is dangerous. Especially with unknown publisher. Some people might even call it an invite for hackers.. The users know there are some false-positive so they will not catch the real one.
