Hello,
I did not have time to debug this, as there was a lot of digging to do - I just did not have device in device manager.
However, today Arduino IDE wanted to update to 2.3.4. After the update, I tried again just for fun. And it suddenly worked out of the box, just like that. Without any drivers, anything.
So I just installed Arduino IDE update and it works.
