when I start the IDE I'm still having the issue where it randomluy decides a "json" setting has changed and presents a dialogue asking me to RESTART or Cancel. But no matter which answer I choose, then next time it starts the IDE windows are incomplete (missing title bar) and I am forced to stop the IDE and start again, sometime a couple of times until it settles. Even a computer retsrat doesn't help.
I know this has been an issue for a while, but I'm hoping there's a workaround as it wastes much time and creates unwanted frustration !
