Yes, when you decide to go back to real programming instead of that lobotomized graphical programming disaster, just use the IDE to upload a different sketch (also, that site looks ancient - it refers to a pre-1.0 version of the IDE; we are not on 1.8.x.....). Graphical programming environments always suck.
The instructions for loading the S4A firmware describes using the IDE to upload the S4A firmware as an arduino sketch - so you can just load a different sketch when you want to.
