can't select the USB input
Search for & install the CH340 Driver.
but the option can't be selected, I think it's something wrong with the software I don't know
I think @missdrew is saying to install the CH340 driver on you PC computer. It should then created a link to your USB port the IDE can use.

Just to be clear for others who might find this thread while searching for a solution to the same problem, it is normal and expected for the Arduino IDE to show the Tools > Port menu grayed out when no serial ports are available on the computer.
So the solution is to figure out why the connected Arduino board is not producing a port. That could be caused by a missing driver, bad USB cable, or damaged Arduino board (in this case it was the driver).
