IDE asking for xcrun download

I've installed IDE 2 on Mac. It works fine except for an annoying banner that keeps asking to download "xcrun".

You're not the only one by the looks of it.

Thanks, I had seen those articles. Thought maybe a solution was found and I had missed it.
