OK, so someone is probably going to jump down my throat for being an idiot, but I am damned if I can find the documentation on the IDE and Editor beyond the basic stuff for menus.
In the Settings.txt file stuff like...
editor.keys.home_and_end_travel_far=true
editor.keys.shift_backspace_is_delete=true
What do they mean? What do they do? I have tried changing stuff and can't see anything happening to let me know if I want them one way or the other. There is a whole lot of stuff in that file I would like to understand.
I hate the Home button where it jumps to the beginning of the first word in the line. "Home" is the first position in a line and has been since there was a text editor and keyboard with a "Home" button on it. Yes, I am that old. 
Is the IDE editor Open Source?
