Hi,
It's been a few weeks since this problem kept happening and this is ANNOYING.
When I open my Arduino IDE (V1.8.13), everything is fine, I can write my codes and upload and everything. But after some time, it just doesn't work anymore, when I click anywhere in the IDE it plays that windows "bling" sound, I don't see the text cursor anymore and I can't even close the IDE I have to end task the JAVA in task manager.
It happens at random points but sometimes it happens when some notifications show, like library updates, or like when I try to open .ino files.
I tried updating the JAVA, re-installing the JAVA, updating the IDE, re-installing the IDE, and using old versions but it's just the same thing, this really driving me mad and killing my time, please help me.

Antivirus ?etc.
I have Windows as I already mentioned, and I have no third party anti-virus, only windows defender, which I tried turning it off and the problem happened again.
And also it's not like every single time that I open the IDE, it happens every few times, for example, today it didn't happen yet, but yesterday it happened twice. I didn't change any settings of my windows or IDE since yesterday.
Being so sporadic would normally point to a bad USB cable or faulty connector on the board.
If you have the tools maybe a REFLOW of the solder on the USB connector could be worth the effort.
